Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I keep wondering if I'm supposed to actually like Grace.

Whoa. Thanks to the Read New button, I just got whiplash wondering ita didn't like Grace and how she really felt about Noah.

I'm better now.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I am only up tpo the episode Hatless watching Justfied, but I have a burning question. What is the country song (sounds like Merle Haggard) playing in the bar at the very beginning? It is driving me crazy!

I don't remember the scene well enough, but there's some featured music here: [link] Might be one of those.

Thank you -t! It is Gene Casey and the Lone Sharks "It just turned out that way" I was convinced I had heard it before, but it seems unlikely (although the band has been together since the 80's so it is not impossible).

Excellent! I love that TV shows have started making song info available like that, I am always wondering what some incidental music in a scene is. I've even bought some that I tracked down that way, which is the idea, probably.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I can't say I like Grace herself, but I enjoy the show for the HSQ, some of the humor, and the occasional bwuh? moments.

I have no idea where the story is going, but I am curious to see it play out. Sort of like seeing a car go up on two wheels taking a curve. It might make it, it might roll over, it might take out a storefront.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I'm not sure either. She definitely strikes me as a protagonist rather than a heroine. I think that she'd be fun to hang out with, but you always want to drive your own car.

I don't watch Grace myself, but my mother does, but now she's afraid to watch the new episodes because she's afraid that Gus is going to die. So I have to check to make sure that Gus survives each episode before she can view it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I wouldn't be able to hang out with her myself, I dislike her in that way.

Morgana--I've been sure for a few episodes that Gus is going to die too. But they seemed to have dropped that.

The universe of the show doesn't make sense to me, and I think I stick around because it's not a huge investment and I want to see if it works out in the end. The whole Neely thing is a bunch of whatthehell. She has no consistent characterisation. I just don't get it.

And the way the precinct has just accepted her angelic/chosen status is odd. Or whatever they've accepted. It's just weird.

That's really nice of you, Morgana.

I'll just nod and point at what ita said. All that.
