In the current promo pics and vids, The Hair seems back to normal. I don't know what they were thinking. And I'm seriously afraid to ask.

I rewatched the season finale of White Collar again last night, and Neal's final "Peter..." still totally gets me. So many questions about that last scene, and I'm sure we'll not get a proper answer to my big one--why was he turning around? To stay? To explain why he couldn't stay?
