I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Wow, things are so wonderfully messy and intertwined on Justified.

I LOVE that Raylan is doing everything he can possibly think of to defuse this situation. And I don't think it's because the investigator is there; it's because he thinks he can do this without a shooting.

Oh me too!

I was never anti-Ava, but man, I was relieved when he ignored her phone call.

So glad that Boyd is out, I just hope he drops the righteous act and speech pattern. I'm glad they didn't keep his character dead, but am still a little miffed that the trade-off for keeping him around was doing away with the fun personality that made me love him in the pilot.

Although no Ava means no shirtless Raylan.

There's always Winona.

Or Boyd.

"What would it take to get your daughter to stop tweeting about this?"

He ignored her call, but I don't believe he can quit Ava. Or Winona. Or Boyd.

I have no doubt that Ava will be back in his life. But her persistence and stubborn idiocy in sticking around, coupled with her flat-out statement that she has Raylan to protect her was just unhealthy and frightening. So just Raylan even making baby-steps in pulling away from her and forcing her to stand on her own two feet for more than a week (or at least be scared with the idea of it) makes me happy.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

LOVED the ep last night! Wonderful tension and interplay between the whole cast--nice twist with USADA dude at the end and the whole Crowder thing. I also love that Olyphant seems to be giving work to his Deadwood peeps.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

There hasn't been enough Leverage in here lately to satisfy me (never mind it's on hiatus!) so I offer this charming photo: Yesterday, on Leverage.

There has been a lack, and John Rogers hasn't been doing much with his blog.

Rogers has been busy, what with the writing and the directing and the plotting of bank heists. He is Twittering fairly regularly, though, which helps me make it through the day.
