Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Man, I am loving Justified more and more, too! I love the pace, and the thoughtfulness, and how rich every character is.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

rewatched Justified (thank you iTunes! (damn you, FX)) and this has got to be my favorite of the four so far. Before I knew it it was over, and I was sad like I'm sad when overturning the empty tequila bottle crying "no more?!".

I wonder if that was because of the simplified structure. Everything held together, because everthing was immediately relevant. Not that I hate the asides to Boyd or Ava or Winona, this was just tighter.

I still really feel the sidelining of Rachel, despite because of the whole "she's taking the lead". I can kinda get that it's difficult when it's Olyphant's show, and I can kinda get that maybe Rachel was learning to appreciate what Raylan had to offer, or maybe it's just not her personality to take lead and keep it (which really is what I'm feeling. She's competent but seems happy to be in the background or part of team).

Love this show so hard. I haven't finished an episode, watched the repeat, and then hankered for more at 12:01 a.m. in a long time. I wish I had money to go to a bookstore and get Pronto and whatever other Raylan stories Leonard has. But that would only tide me over for a day or so /crack addict

Still, the only flaw I found was not enough Rachel.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

The only flaw I found is that Raylen does not take his shirt off at any point. Surely there is a plot-related reason for this?

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I have not watched Justified at all, but a high school friend is going to be the FBI Agent in the next episode.

Trust my rage

So i watched the first 15 minutes of the pilot and was bored. Is it worth plowing through?

If Raylan's showdown with Peter Greene didn't grab you, maybe not, Stephanie?

By that point you're out of the set up and have met Boyd and seen the swagger and Rachel "being nice".

I am of course absolutely in love, but I've also read responses that are so beyond my understanding in their hate or apathy or disappointment, so it's probably a taste.

I say finish out the pilot at least. It wasn't until the last quietly stated comment and Raylan's quiet reaction that I was really truly hooked (and it wasn't even a huge shocking moment or a Big Deal, but it was enough for me).

By which I mean to say "you're craxy for finding it boring and HELL YES it's worth ploughing through."

I should/will try. The buffistas never steer me wrong.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Just discovered that I can download Justified on the PS3! Pilot is downloading as we speak. I'm excited, I can get my Top Chef fix as well, this way. Also, I want to watch the first 2 episodes of the new season of L&O Criminal Intent.

I like only paying for what I actually watch.
