And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

Coffee and Ginger-O's:

I have the first two episodes of Justified on my TiVo, but haven't watched them yet.

Also, an episode of The Good Wife, (I haven't seen that show yet), an episode of Survivors (BBC-America show about a virus-on the recommendation of a friend), the premiere of Breaking Bad (never seen before), and an episode of Damages (also never seen before, but have been told I MUST WATCH).

I don't think I can keep up with all these shows, on top of what I already watch. We'll see what sticks.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

let me help:

dump Survivors

keep The Good Wife

I think you can also dump Damages. If you want to watch it, start with Season 1 and watch it during the summer. No rush and you can marathon it.

Jury is still out for me on Justified.

Thanks! Timesaver! I was probably going to keep The Good Wife once I found out that it had Josh Charles in it, because of my mad Sports Night love.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Good Wife is great but it has an arc, so it would be better to see the whole season in order, I think. However, it's still good no matter what.

I watched the episode of The Good Wife, and I see what you mean about the arc. I had a hard time getting into it. I can see that it's a good show, but it was hard to get involved with the characters this far into the season. Sports Night note: I noticed that Josh Charles was throwing around a baseball in his office. Does he do this in every series he's in? LIKE. If networks even do reruns in the summer anymore, I'll have to catch reruns of this. Otherwise, Netflix.

Watched two episodes of Justified yesterday, and I am totally on board. I wish they would stop incorporating the series title into the dialogue quite so much, but that's a minor quibble. It was v. good.

Saw the season premiere of Breaking Bad, and while I can tell that it's a good show, I feel the weight of a couple of seasons on unseen canon weighing on me. If I'm going to continue to watch, there's going to have to be some Netflixing first.

Saw a three-minute recap of Damages that my TiVo recorded for me, and, whoa. There's no way. I'm overwhelmed already. Definitely need to start with Season 1 on that one.

Haven't brought myself to watch Survivors yet. I'm really just waiting for the BBC to bring me S2 of Being Human.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I misunderstood, I thought you had been watching "The Good Wife" all along. Yes, start that one over the summer at episode 1.

About Justified - it's original title was supposed to be Lawman but another show has that title so they had to change it. I'm not sure if that affected dialogue in the pilot or not.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I rewatched that episode recently too. It's one of my first season favorites.
