Yeah, that`s part of why it`s so bleak. It`s a serious sacrifice he makes for the team and he means to see it through. However I can`t see Our Team letting that stand, which means we may see a Willow dragging Buffy out of heaven scenario.
Not that prison is heaven to Nate. But that he`s self-identified as a Bad Guy now, and in Nate`s worldview, Bad Guys belong in jail. He expects to do his penance and come out clean. If the team springs him, he`s still on the lam, forever.
Also, he may expect to dry out in jail. I dunno. Nate`s a complex guy. It`s just unfortunate because he thinks he`s a simple guy and the contradiction is wreaking havoc on him.

Cable Drama: Still Waiting for the Cable Guy to Show Up with the Thread Name...
To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])
Just watched the last two episodes, so I'm caught up! Just love the characters so much. And CK's hair, too.
Had to stop the TiVo to laugh at the fate of Louise, and Hardison's farewell to her.

Lucille.
(I just spent a good minute trying to remember who Louise was)
Lucille! Sorry. I should have remembered it was the name of Bo Diddley's guitar.

B.B. King. Because it's Theo's fate to be corrected today, apparently.
Somedays it's just not worth it to chew through the restraints.
Some googling and wikiing has now gifted me with the knowledge that Bo sometimes called it The Twang Machine, which is awesome.

He was a hardcore electronics hobbyist and built all sorts of custom wacky pickups and shit for his guitars.
The thing I love about Bo...well, there are about a dozen things I love about him, but one of the things I love about him is how he seemed to consciously pick every nerdy thing to make it cool. Like, he wore big black glasses, dressed in plaid and made a rectangular guitar. Other guys were shot for their album covers leaning on fancy cars. Bo was on a little scooter (before they were cool).
Also, he had a kickass female guitarist in his band, The Duchess.
Also, the lineup in his band was: Bo on guitar, The Duchess on guitar, a drummer and Jerome on maracas. Now that's a pretty cool core group. No bass, no keyboard, no sax.

He played the violin on a rock n roll record.
I saw him at a club in Allston, MA close to 20 years ago (at this point) and he was awesome.
