Angel: I appreciate you guys looking out for Connor all summer. It's just—he's confused. He needs time. That's all. Fred: Right. Time, and some corporal punishment with a large heavy mallet. Not that I'm bitter.

Cable Drama: Still Waiting for the Cable Guy to Show Up with the Thread Name...

To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I have an insane love of that half-ponytail hairdo on fighting guys.

Me too!

Do you think he was the only one that saw Nate collapse?

I was wondering. Possibly, since the others were already in the chopper. But then the chopper kinda hovered overhead for a minute, so the others may have seen him then.

I'm just now realizing the AA parallel in his last line. "Hi, I'm Nate Ford, and I'm a thief." "Hi, Nate."

I think that's why he laughed after he said it.

Kane just tweeted (that verb makes me laugh every time) that even with the Olympics on, they went up in ratings. "Huge night and win for us because of you. Again thanx!!!!" He's so funny with the !!!!!! all the time.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't help but imagine him bouncing up and down like Eliot at the Super Happy Power Go ad. That will be Happy!Kane from here on in. Which is less disconcerting than Lascivious!Eliot.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I wonder if having Sophie back will be as good as her absence has been. I was SO glad to see her in person (especially with that spectacular entrance), but I also remember doing a lot of eye-rolling at her and Nate season 1.

Maybe Nate's self-acceptance will help that whole situation out.

I'm glad they didn't heal all wounds with the kiss, though. John's said they discovered the pairing wouldn't work because Nate being a damaged douchebag was more important than getting the two of them together, and Sophie deserved better than that.

So if he's not going to be a douchenozzle anymore, who will he be? If he still has some sort of demons, maybe they'll continue to get in the way.

Can we just have some Parker/Hardison? Goddamnit.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Can we just have some Parker/Hardison?

With some Eliot on top!

Or on the side, for that matter.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Between would work, too.

I'm not ready for between yet. Give them some time first.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I'll take some chaste love with Parker/Hardison, but I need to see it.

She definitely uses affectionate words from time to time with him - as affectionate as she can be.
