Jayne: We was just about to spring into action, Captain. Complicated escape and rescue op. Wash: I was going to watch. It was very exciting.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

"I'm Nathan Ford, and I'm a THIEF!!!!" Nate embraces his fate. And he looked so happy, despite the gutshot. And Sterling looked like he'd lost...something. Not a friend, or a bet, but he looked like he knew he lost substantially.

His speech to the team had me tearing up. A show this fun shouldn't bring on allergies, dammit!

Can it be summer now? Please?

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

I'm glad Nate finally faced up to the reality that he's a thief, and accepted responsibility that his insistence on being involved in that particular con put his team in the situation where they got caught, but at the end I couldn't help but think -- yes, it's dramatic, but he's handcuffed, he's shot, and it still requires a squadron of agents to stand there with guns drawn on him? Isn't that a bit of overkill?

I'm fascinated by Nate's repeated insistence that he is not a thief. So, felonies are okay, fraud, kidnapping, assault and battery, conspiracy, but as long as you don't steal anything with your own hot little fingers, you're still a good guy? Nate, Nate, Nate. Your identity crisis is epic. I'm hoping you resolve at least some of your shit this evening, sir. Preferably without going to jail.

Zenkitty for the prescient win.

Art Crawl!!!

Man, no cliffhanger?

Not that there is any doubt that Nate will be okay - but still.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

And Eliot releasing the seriously scary, with his hair looking like the hair of a hardworking sweaty guy? Unsurprisingly, quite sexy.

Art Crawl!!!

But did you see how giant and fluffy his hair was before that? When they first got on the ship?

It was crazy!

The images of Eliot blowing out his hair every morning just will not stop coming. Because he must! There's no other way to get curly hair to DO that, trust me!

Unless he sleeps with those big rollers in...

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I loved the way that he paused before he got into the helicopter. I cannot wait until the next time that he puts a hurting on Sterling.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

That was AWESOME!

I can't wait for next season.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh, SHOW! Leverage is love! Everything so perfect. And awful. And perfect. I love that there are consequences. That their profile is higher now. That`s one of the things that I usually hate about caper shows. It`s just not sustainable. But this show raises the stakes and raises the stakes and it`s all just so right!

All the character notes were really well done. Those are my people. I LOVE Eliot counting backwards, what it was costing him, and yet how it didn`t matter. He really would have tried to take out every last agent there, one at a time, if he`d needed to.
