Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Ah. I missed a few episodes along the way and I never saw that one. Patty will have anyone or anything killed. She's totally ruthless.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Someone was trying to convince me to watch Damages because of the strong female characters. But if that's what it involves, I don't want to see it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Glenn Close's character is the do that character. She's been demonstrated to have feelings, which was a bit of a revelation, but not really to have limits to what she'll do to manipulate a situation to her advantage.

Rose Byrne's character we get to see grow up. It's more of a question how far she'll go, how much she's learnt under Patty's tutelage.

I'm a little depressed about the flashes of the future we've seen this episode.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Ah, Peter up in Neal's rooms, awesome.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

They do this stuff on purpose, right?

Peter sweating on Neal's couch has got to be deliberate annoyance tactics.

Honestly, I'd have been okay with nothing much this episode, after all the fanservice of last week, but moving Peter in with Neal? The twinkle in his eye when he admitted to liking to torment Neal? Dear lord, people.

I love everyone asking to have a secret kept and being deliberately denied. And June being awesome and smart. And Neal and Peter genuinely fighting (and even still, in the end knowing and trusting each other enough to anticipate each others moves and intentions), and all the trailing mumbled conversations in the background at the end of scenes (did June mention something about giving Neal a banana.

I had to rewind and check, and yeah, it was a banana.

Plot held together better this week, but that wasn't a high bar. Interpersonal stuff still a delight. I wonder if this is Tiffani's maternity leave--I thought it might be possible that she mightn't have to take any.

John's answered questions about The Bottle Job. He insists CK made those dart shots. I choose not to believe him.
