'Day' is a vestigial mode of time measurement based on solar cycles. It's not applicable. I didn't get you anything.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Cool.

Librarian Warlord

you can't be executor and heir of the same estate

Maybe the confusion is that you can't be the lawyer writing the will (who might also be the executor) and inherit from the estate? That is, the problem is writing the will, not being the executor.

I'm pretty sure my sister was both executor and heir of my mom's estate.

I didn't even see the episode we're talking about.

Compassionately intolerant

My wicked step sister was both executor and made off with half my father's estate. I'm not bitter anymore, but I have to say I was confused at the time about the line between executor/beneficiary. I'm not sure where I got the impression that the twain should never meet.

Trust my rage

So, is Jeri Ryan joining the cast? I liked her well enough but I hope that doesn't mean that Sophie is leaving. I totally guessed that the daughter was the heir in question, but I did not see Jeri as a grifter at all.

Is this where we talk Burn Notice? I just started watching S3 a few weeka ago and had no idea that Fiona was Irish until the Michael McBride episode. Then I watche dthe pilot and she totally sounds Irish there. (Or what passes for Irish on TV.) So, what happened between the pilot and S3?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Between the pilot and the next regular episode, they had Fiona turn the accent way down. Presumably, it was because viewers had trouble understanding her.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I hope that doesn't mean that Sophie is leaving

Gina Bellman's massively pregnant. I'm quite surprised she was in the last two episodes, even in her much reduced roles.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm quite surprised she was in the last two episodes, even in her much reduced roles.

Me too, though I'm happy. I like the way they've handled it.

I didn't know this until I read it here and had to smile when she turned away from the window and seemed to be pensively fingering her lovely kimono. Much more clever than having her stand behind a potted plant like the soaps do it.

I really liked the kimono moment, I thought it was original and you might not have even noticed if you weren't aware.
