What? She killed 'em with mathematics. What else could it have been?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

And perhaps Matt went a little too heavy with the subtext this week.

I had very much this reaction. After last week, this ep felt almost too understated. I know there are pieces being moved into place, but I want to see the endgame!

I did not miss Roger's daughter's wedding date, however. Poor girl - that is going to suck.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

What was the wedding date?

I thought this episode was fairly boring.

“Not dead yet!”

No shit. Jane's going to be the least of Margaret's problems. And it's a fairly evil way for Matt to address the elephant in the room.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Yeah, I saw that wedding date and was like: oh, shit.

It is possible I suppose that if she has a morning wedding, it could all be over with before the real drama happens, but what are the chances of that?

So, the day after the assasination? I wonder if they will be showing the wedding day or skipping past it?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

The 23rd would be the day after.

I don't think we'll get that far. He's been pretty adamant that he's not going to make a big deal of the assassination, that it was almost too iconic an event.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I finally saw the ep and one small moment really got to me. Don was in the bedroom with Betty and you could hear the cousins jumping around in the other room. All he did was step in the hall and bark "Cut it out" and there was instant silence. He didn't even have to step into the kid's room--and no one expected him to. I turned to Jason and said, That was my dad. And he said, that was MY dad.
