Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

just two fewer episodes in the winter?

I fear this. Also, I wonder if the summer finale was written finale-like, and they're messing with that.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Maybe they'll reshuffle the order? If that's possible.

Nope.

Leverage will air two additional installments on Wednesday, September 2nd and Wednesday, September 9th. The latter episode, [...] will serve as the series' so-called "summer finale."

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I did the Amazon thing, too. This show is worth it until I get the reciever replaced for the satellite.

eta, Mad Men, I'm talking about!

I have to say, I was unimpressed by the finale of Saving Grace. I'm not optimistic about how they're going to write an actual miracle into the show, and am surprised that God granted the erratic Neely her petulant wish.

Still unimpressed by Ham. Grace doesn't mind him seeing other people, but I bet his new GF doesn't want him locking lips soulfully with other people.

Art Crawl!!!

Yeah, that was not a satisfactory finale.

Maybe God wasn't granting Neely's wish, but Grace's. Or "Saving Grace" because she walked out on faith.

Oh, and if my best friend treated me like a child the way Grace treated Rhetta, there would be words and words. Rhetta's sure old enough to get into strangers' cars by now. If Grace can't talk her out of it, that should be the end of it.

I read somewhere that they were going to add three eps to the remaining nine and call that the series, but that doesn't make much sense. I can't see that finishing out alll the arcs, especially since they've probably finished filming those nine already, to judge by the filming pattern of many of the other cable series.

You wouldn't need to be treated that way. What Rhetta did was stupid. She didn't even know his last name and she was getting into a car with him at 10PM to go for coffee at a location that she didn't know. She was hurting and vulnerable and that's when you make bad decisions. She also did not know how to protect herself if things went badly. Now, the arrest for drunk driving was a bit much, but I can see where the protective instinct came in. I might have gone with following them instead.
