My commutes would be much better with a bar car.
Also, with a three martini lunch.
To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])

ION - YAY! Leverage night.
Thanks to On Demand I watched Leverage for the first time. The first episode of Season 2.
I forgot how yummy Christian Kane's voice is... I think I'll have to get the season 1 dvds. Christian Kane should really do books on tape.
Barb, I see what you mean, but I would argue that things have been too swift
Yeah... that's a very good point, but I'm willing to go a little handwavium from the standpoint of it's like a lightswitch with Brandi. It's like she finally decided to grow up combined with seeing just how far down her mother had fallen. Had a very mirror-like quality to it, which was perhaps heavy-handed with the metaphor, but it works for the character, especially since she did have a bit of a backslide, what with deliberately getting drunk in front of Peter. That was almost painful to watch, but so true to the character-- I was really impressed with that. You're right, however, that they haven't quite fully addressed the attraction between Brandi and Rafe-- it's an interesting dynamic, that one and one that has the potential to cause a world of hurt, depending on how it's allowed to play out.
I'm glad you and I are watching the show! :-)
OK, this already looks like it's going to be an incredibly satisfying episode, given my current rage-on for certain tabloid elements of the media.
I can't believe they're so mean to Parker...
Okay, I think it's funny, but they don't even hesitate. And she's so...well, not fragile, but alternately assembled.
Oh, what a great episode. I like it when they switch jobs too! It's exciting! I loved Nate's correcting Sophie on the catchphrase.
I don't know how Hardison managed to keep his eyes wonky for so long. Must have given him a headache. And with all that stuff on his haid.
Eliot's hair was magnificent. He's totally letting it grow.
Nate's hair was too long to pass as a general. And he was OTT on the gruffness, too.
But I liked Sophie being in charge, and the fact that the con went sour and they had to salvage it on the fly.
And I loved that they took down Nancy frelling Grace, whom I loathe. Good stuff, that.
