My favorite line: Girl, you used to have standards! No taste, but standards! (which I am totally going to use on one of my friends.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

For anyone watching Damages, I thought this post from a legal blog was amusing: [link]

Even though I haven't seen the episode, this sounds promising:

Yes, that's right. It's all about a discovery dispute! Patty Hewes complains about not getting the document discovery she's entitled to; defense counsel boasts that he's produced over 850,000 documents thus far; and Hewes says she wants MORE DOCUMENTS. The judge expresses annoyance at both parties and their squabbling.

NOW we're talking realism...

Art Crawl!!!

But with more murder.

I actually fell asleep in part of this. Possibly because they attempted to show Patty's more human side and had her being death-threatened by her son .

Rescue Me: that ending. . . abrupt, no?

Also, Sheila is still nuts -- I wish that he'd given the baby to somebody else.

Wasn't that creepy? I can't believe that she a. gave him her hair and b. didn't mention anything to his mother, but she's going to be talking about it to her girlfriends in some more abstract way, isn't she?

Did you watch that behind the scenes thing? So - Draper is Korean War, John Slattery's character is WWII and Campbell did not serve.

I think that she's going to try to take the little boy under her wing (she talked to the shrink about how he wasn't being taken care of), and she will get burned.

makes sense -- Korean War was 50-53, so if Draper served when he was 18, it fits for him to be in his mid to late thirties. Of course, there wasn't a war for Pete to have served in, so it's a little unfair.
