We killed a homeless man on this bench. Me and Dru. Those were good times. You know, he begged for mercy, and you know, that only made her bite harder.

To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

So I'm guessing Parker was expressing her affection for Hardison through violence? That was hysterical.

Our wings are not tired.

I gotta say the trunk full o' guns cracked me up.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Not the saxophone?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Has it been confirmed that there really has been a "Let's steal a...." line in each episode?

There isn't, which disappoints me. So close!

They really had me going, until I remembered the ring doc was related to the client. The idea of Eliot with the safety off is a scary sobering one.

Not the saxophone?

I'm guessing Parker had a little left over cash that wouldn't pay for a gun? It's a touch whimsical for her otherwise.

Seriously. And CK sold it big time.

Lord, I wish there was some way that either or both David B. or Julie B. could do guest appearances on this. It would be wicked meta, but fun.

Although, I guess they COULD get Stephanie Romanav as a woman from Eliot's past. Heh.

CK did a really good job this episode. I loved his uncertainty during the first part of the episode when they were hooking the dirty promoter.

HD. A number of my HD feeds aren't adjusted for Pacific time. Since I have no job or life, it's quite nifty.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

CK did a great job in this episode. But so did everyone else and I just love every least little thing about this show. Parker getting her violence on with Hardison. The saxophone. Sophie and the chicken-fried steak succumbing to the lure of pork rinds (those fuckers are insidious!) There's just so much to ♥.
