Visilurking

Do we see Ellen firing in any of the flash-forwards, or each time do we just see her point the weapon, then it cuts to black and we hear the shots fired? If the latter, my money is on Ellen being the shootee and Patty or NotSheriffofDeadwood being the shooter.

Our wings are not tired.

I'm pretty sure we've actually seen her fire, right after she's said "I lied too".

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I seem to remember there being evidence of Rose shooting, but the show is deliberately tricksy that way. And them reshowing the flash-forwards from slightly different time stamps is dizzy-making.

Anyone watch Saving Grace? Is there a more naked series lead than Holly Hunter? Especially female? And I do have to say that her spanking tonight took me by surprise.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Yep, nope, and me too.

I think you meant to be in the procedural thread, Juliebird.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The spanking seems of a piece with her flashing her neighbor.

I had to rewind and rewatch that scene because I was getting all confused with names (btw, why have a Robby and a Bobby being talked about the whole time?) and noticed she called him Spanky. Oy. Still totally surprised me. But then again I started watching the middle of last season, so her excesses are sometimes still new to me.

Speaking of Bobby, do we know if his partner was illicitly seeing his wife, or was that idea new this week?

Re: Saving Grace--Butch was seeing Bobby's wife? Oh, that's definitely new.

Dear god, these cops. So much for that partnership.

And speaking of which, no we never saw anyone else get nekkid but Grace (and occasionally Ham).

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I watched Damages last season, but I decided not to watch this season. I really liked the actors last year, but I couldn't keep track of all of the changes. It might be worth renting this season when it comes out on DVD and watching it over a few days.
