You know, I love summer tv. Just in general. It's so chill, easy to watch, easy to get your hands on. It's often high quality, and even though there's less of it, you still feel like you're watching quality tv. Summer tv is way better for me than fall, when I feel like there's so much tv my head will explode.

Cable Drama: Still Waiting for the Cable Guy to Show Up with the Thread Name...
To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])
OMG! I was just looking up Mad Men, as I was unfamiliar, and one of my classmates from college is in the cast! She lived on my floor freshman year.
No way!
Which character?
Maggie Siff, who plays Rachel Menken.
Cool.
I just heard that Shakespeare Retold got released on DVD today.
Wicked late to the party, but I just finally finished The Riches off my DVR and DAMN did they leave one nasty cliffhanger ending.
Luckily they've been renewed.
Luckily they've been renewed.
I'd heard that, but it's still quite a wait. I'm gonna take a guess that they won't be leaving after all.
Anyone have any news on when we'll get season 2 of The Riches?
As for Damages, my comment around the house has been that if I had even the slightest idea what Damages is about, I'd be a little more interested, but somehow "Murky show about law and crime starring Glenn Close and Ted Danson," is really not grabbing me. It's sort of doing the opposite. It's pushing me away.
But you guys have made good-sounding noises about it, so maybe I'll check it out. If you guys like it for a couple mroe episodes. Maybe. (I never really kept up with Rescue Me, and that was a show I wanted to watch).
I am interested in Saving Grace, Scola's displeasure notwithstanding.
