And Singer was fired.
I tend to believe that Singer's "erratic behavior" probably has more to do with the fact that the Hollywood that Singer is accustomed to is collapsing around him, rather than a specific beef with Malek.

Apparently he went AWOL for ten days. Which brings an expensive production to a standstill and costs a lot of money. Just not done.
I was surprised to find out that he'd also gone AWOL on Superman Returns and one of the X-Men flicks. Of course everyone's heard the chickenhawk rumors, but I'd never seen anything indicating he was flaking out on the job before. That's normally an express elevator to untouchable status (as Josh Trank could attest).

Park Chan-Wook (!)
directing a John Le Carre Story (!!)
starring Florence Pugh (!) (who is so fucking brilliant in Lady Macbeth), Alexander Skarsgard (!) and Michael Shannon (!!!)?
SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY
OK, so BBC America's "Killing Eve" starring Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer? Is REALLY FUCKING GREAT. The first of the eight episodes in this season just aired last Sunday, and I was hooked immediately. Guys, it's basically a nemesis ship story featuring two complicated women! When does that ever happen??
The two actors in the leads are fantastic. Comer's glamorous sociopathic assassin is ridic fun to watch, and Oh's titular Eve is already such a great, complex portrayal -- funny, sharp, likable but also reckless and messed-up like whoa, and Sandra Oh is so great in the role (gosh, I've missed seeing her on my screen). Both the dialog and the characters really pop, even one episode in.

About 10 minutes into Killing Eve, I realized was watching my new favorite show.
That was basically me. I would imaging it would be the case for several other Buffistas. BBC America reruns their showings frequently so it should be easy to catch up. Two thumbs way WAY up! I am chewing on my fingers, waiting for the next episode. I haven't felt that new show thrill for a long while.
Killing Eve sounds very intriguing!
Oh good! I just found out that show was coming into existence, didn't realize it was airing already.
The first episode is on the DVR but may have to wait until I catch up on some of my current shows. I did just finish the second season of Mary Kills people, which is a very good show.
I really enjoyed Killing Eve too! It is great to have Sandra Oh back on my screen.
Ooh, I had made a mental note to watch Killing Eve but then I forgot. Try again, brain! Maybe remember to check here.
Anyway, I was coming in here to say I binged-caught-up on Atlanta in the last few days. It's so good!
