Get up...get up, you stupid piece of... What did you do that for? What's wrong with you? Didn't you hear a word he said? All of you! You think there's someone just going to drop money on you?! Money they could use?! Well, there ain't people like that. There's just people like me.

Compassionately intolerant

I just finished watching Suits S6 on Amazon.

Tumult!

The early days were riveting and I fell in love with several of the characters...Donna primary among them.

Yeah, the law stuff doesn't both me either.

I'm not much of a fashionista...I leave that to Kat P, who is brilliant...but a lot of what I love about Suits is the wardrobe. So elegant!

American Horror Story. I'm intrigued by the one that's coming up called Cult, because cults interest me, Sarah Paulson is in it - after the OJ series, I think she's just amazing - and Ryan Murphy has said it's going to be set in Michigan and focus on the 2016 election.... Somehow.

Like how creepy and horrible are the AHS series? Compared to Nip Tuck, say. After reading a little bit about the first season of AHS, I knew it would creep me out too much to watch it. Is there a lot of the creepy scary imagery that you can never get out of your head again? Like Psycho in the shower or ... Now I'm drawing a blank. Like I knew I couldn't watch any of the Blair Witch Project stuff because I camp and hike and backpack and I can't afford to have that kind of imagery centered on being outdoors anywhere in my brain. Am I making sense? I'm intrigued by this new series but I don't want to be grossed out forever. I watch the The Walking Dead and it doesn't bother me at all, it's always clearly fiction. Thoughts?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Judge for yourself from this scene:

(Clowns are featured prominently in the new season.)

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Suits:

I'm so sick of television story lines where people start dating their therapists. It's just so gross. I'm just starting the first episode of the season.

I've been watching too much Sesame Street lately. Seeing Leela suddenly appear as a new lawyer is too much of a disconnect for me.

Just finished Season 3 of Fargo. God, this show is glorious.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

I couldn't take the grossness of this past season (of Fargo). Hopefully S4 will involve less vomit.

I heard there wasn't going to be another season. Or at least Hawley said he didn't have anything planned. But I would be very happy if there was!

Is it just me or is Suits painfully bad this season?
