Mad Men: Joan's been divorced twice? I only remember the one. What am I forgetting.
'Beneath You'
Cable Drama: Still Waiting for the Cable Guy to Show Up with the Thread Name...
To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])
She alludes to it once in S1 (I think?) the Mary Kay episode? Somebody brought this up in the AVClub comments.
So, The Americans, anyone?
Paige! Disappointing and yet totally consistent.
I have unreasonably taken against The Americans. I think other people watch it, though.
Mad Men - that was good one. Loved the end. I don't know what's going to happen from here on out.
I watched half of the first season of The Americans and then lost interest.
I haven't seen last night's Mad Men yet. 10 o'clock shows are suddenly past my bedtime.
Heh, I've only ever been able to watch it "live" because I get an East Coast feed, and I've only seen it today because I'm not at work.

Sometimes I actually enjoy an episode of Mad Men, and it's usually when things are actually happening!
Also this episode was uncomfortably close to what's going on at my own job, so.
I've found opinions about The Americans can be pretty polarizing. It is actually one of my favorite shows, but I can see how it may not appeal to everyone.
Mad Men was great last night. Loved Don's reaction to pitchus interruptus. Can't wait to see how they end things.

Interesting that Don got thwarted again on his desire to get to California.
I wonder if he foregoes the money on the rest of his contract to go West, or if they just get absorbed into McCann and fade away. Or if he works his contract out and then goes West. Or if he dies on the couch and the cigarette drops out of his finger.
Interesting that they're still keeping Diana in play. Do the two damaged people move to a cottage in Mendocino? Just don't know.
I'm going to need one more Don and Peggy moment before the show closes out. Maybe one with Don and Joan too. She had visibly thawed to him by this episode.

I hope not. I don't know where I want to see Don end up, but I don't want him going down the Diana road which ultimately ends up with her realizing he's only attracted to the damage and dependency.
