Illyria: Wesley's dead. I'm feeling grief for him. I can't seem to control it. I wish to do more violence. Spike: Well, wishes just happen to be horses today.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I can't decide Raylan's motivation. Presuming that Boyd has been sentenced to multiple life sentences (suspect that he managed to avoid the death penalty because KSP would not want their dirty laundry aired in public), did Raylan invent Ava's death

1. To give Boyd closure because he knew that Boyd really loved Ava? 2. Because he had to do something for the Marshals Service and he knew it would get back to Boyd? 3. Make sure that none of Boyd's people on the outside (if any are still alive) are looking for Ava?

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I assume it's 3, or that if Boyd ever did get out, he wouldn't go looking.

But 1 could be part of it as well.

I loved how different Raylan was in Florida.

I also love that in the end, Raylan's unable to kill Boyd, even though doing so would really finally free him from Harlan. Instead, there's still this person out there who has a connection to him that no one else does.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ah, that was great! In addition to points already made, I love that it didn't work out with Winona.

Me too! I loved that realism. I'm sorry that we didn't get to see Bob again, maybe a throwaway line about him seeing Bob at the hospital before he got on a plane.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I love that it didn't work out with Winona.

That made me so happy.

So realistic. Because you know Raylan is still as annoying as shit. But he's a good dad, and he's there for his daughter.

Always Anti-fascist!

Winona needs a man who's more the husband type.

Agreed. Did we even get an official "he's gonna make it"?

Also agreed on Raylan and Winona not working out, but at least somewhat amiable co-parents. And he seems to like who she ended up with.
