You know, with the exception of one deadly and unpredictable midget, this girl is the smallest cargo I've ever had to transport. Yet by far the most troublesome. Does that seem right to you?

To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

I hadn't known in advance that it was going to be a backdoor pilot, but I figured it out pretty quickly. Subtle, they're not. That said, it seems more promising than any of the other backdoor pilots I've seen recently - I already like Fritz, the stuff with the helicopters and fancy gadgetry was pretty cool, and when the blonde cop gets to be a character instead of a cardboard cutout, I thought she had potential.

edit: Although if it's FBI-specific that would lose the blonde and the gadgets...I still like Fritz?

I recognize the blonde from somewhere, but I couldn't figure out where. Liked the SWAT guys, too.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I haven't watched yet, but was it Andrea from Walking Dead?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The spinoff gets Andrea.

Andrea! I didn't recognize her all cleaned up and not fighting zombies....

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Yeah, they spent a little too much time on that SWAT subplot for something not to be up. I was glad that they finally mentioned Brenda. Although I don't know that Fritz would be happy with bicoastal relationship. He would have plenty of opportunities in DC.

No, I don't see Fritz happy with a bicoastal relationship -- or Brenda, either. And I want them to be off-screen happy.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I stopped watching The Closer/Major Crimes a while ago because, for such a lightweight series, it had some disturbingly fascistic undertones. It sounds like it hasn't changed much.

I don't feel Major Crimes is a tonal extension of The Closer in any regards these days. They've also dialled down the "deal or nothing" they used to push so hard.

I'm really enjoying Perception now. I thought the mandatory helpful hallucination would get old, but he's getting better at handling them, and they're not quite as pointed or cheesy.

Graceland is a big mess, but I can't keep my eyes off it.

Suits is still the bomb.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Andi and I are on season 5 of Leverage, and I needed to stop and make this clip.
