Have not quite caught up on Mad Men, but some observation on the next to the latest:
1) By bursting in on the meeting with the cigarette people, and suggesting an apology, wasn't Don already violating his agreement by going "off-script"? Seems like they now have grounds for firing him without buying out his partnership.
2) The threesome Megan arranged seems to echo the carousal theme of the previous episode. From being shocked at the offer from the kinky couple in the previous season, she is now the one arranging a threesome. Of course her friend was already willing to seduce Don *without* Megan participating. So not that much of a friend. Which is a good thing, because I get the feeling that friendship may be over. In spite of the "great party" line, she seemed in an "oh God, what did I do" hurry to get out of there.

I had the impression Megan sent her in to Don.

That's what I thought too. Giving him a reason to move to LA.
Yeah, it was clearly planned on Megan's part.
Hmm. I did not catch that. Still a changed from being shocked at the kinky couple to *being* the prime mover of kink in the kinky couple.
I do love Roger's sudden outbreaks of competence.
But I think my favorite thing in this ep was the Joan-and-Pete show in that final meeting.
I also enjoyed the WTFuckery of Dead Bert's dance number. I don't think we are supposed to know whether it was an actual supernatural experience or just a hallucination. Mainly I think they just liked that as the conclusion.
BTW, was that Ana Draper dancing with Bert? I don't remember her face well enough to be sure.
According to recaps - Not Ana. Bad eyes can give you some interesting interpretations of TV shows.
