Sons of Anarchy: Last night's episode was intense. I was on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what was going to happen throughout. Next week's two hour finale should be good.
Cable Drama: Still Waiting for the Cable Guy to Show Up with the Thread Name...
To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])
I've just started watching season one, and I had to crack up because just at the time I decided it's the most sexist show ever there was an episode about Katey Sagal's biker-queen menopause.(it does matter when women are writers, apparently.) Still not sure how much I like it, but it is exciting and stuff.
erika, Katey Sagal and the actress that plays Tara are really what keep the show interesting to me. It is way over the top and extremely violent, but I find it too compelling to not watch.
White Collar - looks like my policy of just ignoring Neal's epiphany is working out well for me so far. I don't love El's jealousy as a plot point, but I always enjoy her being in cahoots with Mozzie (and Neal, but the scene with her and Mozzie gets the sparkly pink hearts from me) and Jones getting Peter's code to do the walk-through made me very happy. Also helped that my toast was done just after Peter shot the bad guy, nice comic timing, toaster oven!
Museum Lady had better be some kind of criminal mastermind or I will be very disappointed.
Is this the place for The Walking Dead?
eta: anyone else watching it? and hate who's been killed off or banished?
Hi Java! We've been discussing the walkers over in Boxed Set.
We finally watched the Sons of Anarchy finale tonight. So much HSQ. Now I'm even sadder that Maggie Siff didn't get a Golden Globe nomination for this season.
Nobody watched the Psych musical special?
I did! It was delightful, as I expected.
Tx, Theo. Guess I have to go back more than the "natter diet" to find discussion.
This is so cool: sepinwall is recapping masters of sex EPs AND the guy who wrote the book on which the series is based is answering Qs etc. in the comments. Now I have to go back and see if he's been doing it all along or only the last two.
Eta:
(I don't see how to copy and paste a URL on a tablet or I would.)
Thomas maier shows up in the comments of sepinwall's interview with Lizzy caplan, just after his first review of the series. The link to the interview is inside "series premiere talk back: Pilot."
