I was going to try Monday Mornings for sheer love of Bamber, but the commercials just kept appealing less and less, and from your remarks I think I made the correct call in skipping it. Ah well, maybe I can find some L&O:UK reruns...
'The Killer In Me'
Cable Drama: Still Waiting for the Cable Guy to Show Up with the Thread Name...
To be determined... (but it's definitely [NAFDA])
Holy shit, that was a particularly violent and gnarly episode of Justified.
I am now worried about Boyd and Ava- there is no room for joy in Justified!
Not unless they get a new stripper, no.
that was a particularly violent and gnarly episode of Justified.
Yes, I looked away a little too late when they actually showed the raw stump of the leg where the foot had been removed.
Boyd's semi-new druggie psycho employee is pretty scary. It's not a question of whether he'll explode, it's more when and how many people will he take down with him.
I'm pretty psyched that Tim may have a role in the Cole(??) unhinging saga. I love Tim and Rachel. Also, Rachel was awesome in the previous episode.
In unlikely pairings news, I enjoyed the Raylan-sheriff matchup. The sheriff's pretty interesting this season- was he the random dude that Boyd put up for sheriff last season? Man, and with the Harlan cop who tried to get Raylan killed in the first season getting back in the mix, I feel like I need to rewatch old eps.
Yeah, same sheriff.
He wasn't totally random - he used to work at the mine where Boyd was trying to go straight. He was pretty interesting back then, too, though seeing more of his layers is cool. I kind of love that Ellie Mae has become such a pivotal figure.
I watched the stump unveiling through my fingers. I have to wonder why I do that, it's not like I see any less.
Eta: ooh, is that our old friend Holland in the preview?
While Tim not putting up with ANY of this bullshit is why I love him, it is a crying goddamn shame that we did not get any naked Tim Gutterson times.
Anyone watching Acceptable Roughness and their (at least) two part gay storyline? My sister sent me a link to Chris Kluwe saying they got it right: [link]
Necessary roughness?
I saw the first part, but not the second one yet.
