I've been out of the abbey two days, I've beaten a lawman senseless, I've fallen in with criminals. I watched the captain shoot the man I swore to protect. And I'm not even sure if I think he was wrong.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I'm meh on Ripper Street. I like British procedurals, but am lukewarm on Matthew McFayden. it's one of this "if i'm home on a Saturday, I'll watch it." kind of shows.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Oh, I'm also watching on the British schedule, so I've seen four episodes.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

but I'm pretty into British procedurals and Matthew McFadyen.

I enjoy both of these things. Especially the later. I will check it out.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Justified: so do we think Lindsay ran off with her ex (I would have thought there would be a shot of Raylan's stash being missing if so), and if so, why would his place have been tossed?

Felt so bad for Billy, and wished that Boyd had called ahead for an ambulance, but I don't think badly of him that he didn't. And loved the callback to Boyd's experience with being a "preacher", and it's nice to have confirmed that, at one point, he did believe what he was spouting.

I thought the emptied drawer where his stash had been was indicative of her taking it?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Yeah, we saw Raylan check the top drawer, which was empty. I

Trust my rage

So why do people think Raylan was saving that money? I know he said "baby in the way" but they don't actually cost that much? I don't know any other parents who stash hundreds (thousands?) in a drawer for that purpose.

Always Anti-fascist!

Well, it's Raylan. I don't think he would find adding to his savings account to be enough of a thrill.

It is illegally earned money. So he can't put it in a savings account. Apparently a lock box in a bank under a false name was either too much trouble or felt too criminal to him or something.
