Zoe: Uh huh. River, honey? He's putting the hair away now. River: It'll still be there... waiting.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

The first scene of the season was his next birthday. He seems to be on the run, out of state, and heavily armed.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I had the sense that he had been on the run/in hiding but was coming home (heavily armed).

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

What show are we discussing?

Ah, thanks -t. Usually I recognize character names even when I don't watch the show, but apparently not for Breaking Bad.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Dallas:

Shut the front door. Cliff Barnes! I...I did not see that coming. John Ross going to the dark side, sure--he might have a couple flip flops left in him, threatening his dad is the best way to get on his good side, but they've got to keep tension somehow. But the idea that a Barnes kid was sexing Bobby and Pam's kid, even though he's adopted...that's a bit of a mindfuck.

But Jessica is realistically dressed, right?

I guess a lot of long time fans saw it coming from the first episode because Rebecca was the name of Cliff and Pam's mother. I had forgotten all about that but couldn't figure out why they would choose not to include Cliff's daughter with Afton just to add another young person to the cast, but it turns out they did.

Okay, I was all excited about cooking Eliott, but this episode is ridiculous. it just doesn't make any sense.
