I haven't seen the finale yet, but I've watched every episode. I'll come back after I've watched.
Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
Meh, Jen lives to fight another day on HK (and after this disgustingly tacky episode, my desire to see who wins is minimal, but I do want to see Jen lose).
Oh yay, so glad to hear Shane will be around for SYTYCD this year!! Whew!
this ep really was tacky, wasn't it? Gah.
Hell's Kitchen - hmmm, Ramsey given the opportunity Ramsey did NOT eliminate Jen. Of course, I don't think that Bobby is very good but Jen is just irritating.
Jen has gone from eh to really bad in like 2 episodes.
Any contestant who displays such levels of self-deception will go down in flames.
Sorry to spoil the Lady Rapper Show, le nubian!
I don't mind spoilers - especially in this case since I can't remember which rapper you are referring to. :-)
Interesting info about Top Chef:
including the fact that Padma gains 12-15 in 20 days judging for the show and she agreed to host to promote her own cookbook and wants to have her own show in the future...
I watched HK ... at this point, I think they're keeping Jen around to have someone everyone (on the show and in the audience) hates. Adds to the drama, interpersonal conflict, etc. I'm wondering if Petrozza might turn out to be the winner by simply flying under the radar - no one hates him, he's pretty consistent, and Ramsey's main problem with him is that he's messy.
