Back to Top Chef, how much did I love the Quickfire? A LOT. I love that kind of demonstration of skill, and loved Collicchio's o_O face at the crappy filets.

I think Dale's problem is that he's decided he's better than everyone else (except maybe Richard) and somehow that means he can't work with them.
You may be right about that. I think that he was also annoyed that he couldn't be the leader, because it wasn't his kind of cooking. I think that if Dale had been the leader, it would have been a different team. They still wouldn't have liked each other, but it would have worked better.
I LOVE the Mise-en-place relay race - best QF task ever. And I love how Stephanie was so up on the past one.

Yes! Good for her, too. I'm always baffled by reality show contestants who haven't watched earlier seasons of the shows they're on.
Did something else besides eggshells happen with the cake in the prior one? And were there other major disasters?
I am a bit disappointed that they sent the troops on yet. Another. Catering. Job.

Well, it was made from a box mix. (Though Tom admitted later that he actually thought that was a good idea for a non-pastry chef working on a deadline and a budget.)

hell, yeah. I mean, I could make a basic cake, but a wedding cake? Um, just multiply everything by 8? okay!
I really hope it's Richard v. Stephanie in the Top Chef finals. I also now hope Anya wins Top Model, partly because it's hilarious that they haven't given her any shit about the way she speaks.

It will be really hard to choose from those two. I think they are the ones who deserve it, though.
That said, it might almost be fun to have someone to root AGAINST. And Richard v. Dale could be very interesting since they've worked well together in the past.
Maybe they'll have more than two in the finale. . . Richard, Stephanie and Dale.
