I really hope it's Richard v. Stephanie in the Top Chef finals. I also now hope Anya wins Top Model, partly because it's hilarious that they haven't given her any shit about the way she speaks.

Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
I really hope it's Richard v. Stephanie in the Top Chef finals.
It will be really hard to choose from those two. I think they are the ones who deserve it, though.
That said, it might almost be fun to have someone to root AGAINST. And Richard v. Dale could be very interesting since they've worked well together in the past.
Maybe they'll have more than two in the finale. . . Richard, Stephanie and Dale.
I also now hope Anya wins Top Model, partly because it's hilarious that they haven't given her any shit about the way she speaks.
Hah! More because I don't want it to be Fatima or Whitney, but I suspect they might go for their first "plus size" girl....even though half of Whitney's pictures have been kinda dreadful. They did give Anya crap about her accent in the beginnig (or at least talked about it during private judging), but the commercial is next week, so we'll see...
At this point in the season, Tyra had gone on and on about Danielle's accent for weeks on end! I guess all of that went away with the Jaslene/Natasha finals, though...

Yeah, she's just not that good of a model!
Anya was pretty adorable in her talking head interviews last night. But, yeah, it's been bugging me that Tyra really hasn't talked nearly enough about her incomprehensibile accent as she did about Danielle's ... and, actually, I was always able to understand Danielle.
I was thinking last night about how different ANTM feels this season. For example, have there been any challenges at judging this year?
I think besides the accent, Anya just kind of seems like she's from another planet. Maybe if they made her hair not quite so white? I think for me it's more than just the accent but what she's saying. Last night when she was jumping from thought to thought and having Paulina run around and throw leaves I just kept feeling like she is so odd and learned how to be an earthling from watching tv or something. Yet I still like her more than Fatima, whose bone structure is odd, her cheekbones are too big and her nose is too small and she ends up kind of looking like a skull.
Anya just seems like a young, a little flaky, girl to me. with a very odd accent.
I really wish they would dye her brows though. The albino brow thing bugs the bejeezes out of me.
Yeah, but when they gave her the dark brow for the movie star thing, she suddenly looked like 80s Madonna, which was just not right.
