They brought out the first course -- butternut squash soup. It was awesome; everybody liked it. But come on, this can't win, it's soup, right? Anybody can make soup. Then Tom said that soup was very difficult and that in France chefs are judged by their soups. He said it politely, but I knew he thought I was a real idiot.
I thought they were judged on their omelettes.

Nothing about this week's Survivor? No love for James and his AWESOME smackdown of Parvati? "You say 'I'm sorry' but you mean 'ha ha ha.'"
Also, Jason was the biggest dope ever to play Survivor. Outwit, Dude, not outtrust.
I don't agree about Jason. Aside from the whole fake idol thing, was he any stupider than Ozzy?
Loved the James and Parvati show. Although James suffered a little bit from the ever-present "I'm just bitter you screwed me over first" disease that so many Survivor contestants seem to suffer from.
I had stuff to say, but then work ate me starting with my bottom and I forgot to post it.
I'm still confused as to why James and Amanda (a) thought that Parvati was the ringleader of the Great Ozzie Blindside and (b) didn't they just TELL JASON THE PLAN????
Seriously, this is how to get Parvati voted off:
1 - Tell Jason "Dude, they're all lying to you, you're going home tonight. For reals."
2 - Vote for Parvati.
3 - Profit!
I love James, but he's not playing smart right now.
I think Amanda is trying not to betray the ladies' alliance, while sort of having the sympathy of the men, because this way she gets the men's votes in the end but doesn't have to be in a final three with all her betrayed lady allies in the jury.

That was good.
"I just didn't want things to be awkward."
"Oh, it's gonna be awkward."
Not talking to Jason was kind of idiotic, though.
(But yes, he's that's stupid. He really thinks that Ozzy's ouster was on account of their promises to him?)
Also, maybe it's bad editing, but Jeff appears to be way too in on and part of the various plans.
Jason was stupider than Ozzy, because he saw a blindside just two days earlier and he STILL didn't think it might happen to him.
