Top Chef: Dear DOG! Andrew is a total douche who needs to be sent home NOW! Him and his fucking jaunty hat wearing twin doucebag Spike. His comment about Dale wanting to join their pair because he knew he was weaker on skills despite the fact that Dale had just won the quickfire challenge?!?!? Andrew deserves to be on Hell's Kitchen, despite the skills he's shown.

Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
Yeah, that was totally douchey.
Frank, I thought the same thing!
anybody watching the Real World Awards Bash? i've totally forgotten some of these people.
crazy that they've had so many marriages come out of it though.
Fuck! I was PRAYING they'd send Spike and his FUCKING STUPID FUCKING HATS on his merry fucking way!
Having not watched this show before this season, let me guess - they tend to keep the alpha assholes of the losing teams around rather than the beta nice folks? I guess it makes better television.
Wow. Getting more worked up about this than I usually am about this kind of show. Hmm, maybe that = compelling television after all.
Big Brother is making me laugh and laugh and laugh.
I can't believe Joshuah thinks he can cry well, or that Adam bought it.
Yeah, Spike boot is long overdue. Although, really, what a bunch of sour lemon, sore losers. You know that team Willie Wonka's flavor combos did not taste good, do you Zoe? 100% sure bout that? Eww. There has been some really poor sportsmanship on display in that losers lounge this season. When Dale comes off as one of the less douche-y people in the episode? That's not good. Where's Miguell to hiss at folks when you need him?
ION, I swear I'm trying to get excited about this Bravo dance show, but I can't. Which is crazy talk because I LOVE dance shows. (DWTS doesn't count because it is not a dance show) Is it Elizabeth Berkley? Is it the fact that the dancers look about a million years old - and not that good? I'll be watching tomorrow night. But I'm not nearly as excited as I should be.
Fuck! I was PRAYING they'd send Spike and his FUCKING STUPID FUCKING HATS on his merry fucking way!
yeah. I think that Manuel got sent home on the weakness of his earlier works. I mean, he didn't even distinguish himself in the Mexican challenge and that's his specialty.
I can't believe they kicked off Claire on ANTM!!! I mean, I knew she was too old to make it as a model, but DAMN! And Lauren, much as I love her, is NOT going to suddenly get more graceful. Also, stupid judges, it's not that she lacks self-confidence, it's that she is NOT GRACEFUL. And that's not something that a shot of "hey, I kick ass!" is going to fix easily. Send her for a year of dance classes and bring her back next season. GAH.
I'm not enthused about the remaining girls. I think Kataryzna's new haircut is silly (sure, cut her hair right BEFORE a trailing shit in the water shoot!). And I just want to smack Dominique so hard. And while I feel bad for Whitney as the plus-sized girl, it's not like she didn't know that would happen at the go-sees. (I was also glad to see the one designer say that Fatima was too skinny!!)
When Dale comes off as one of the less douche-y people in the episode? That's not good.
Well, I think since the opening episode, Dale has been one of the better ones to take constructive criticism as it is given and work with it, as opposed to taking it as a personal affront like so many of the others have. So while he came across as arrogant, I think he's got a good attitude towards what the judges say. Or he may just, you know, have watched prior seasons and is playing the game the way the judges call it.
