I've figured it would be Symon from the start -- anyone else would really surprise me.
Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
I get that Morou wanted to stay true to himself, but plating does get points on IC and if a chef plates all his stuff the same way it's not showing creativity and it's going to get old fast.
I did notice two things the contestants did that I've seen on IC (although there were probably more). 1) was the catfish ben ( I can't remember how to spell it, but you know what I mean), it was either cat fish or another fish done that way and 2)I'm pretty sure the smoke pillows the young chef did were done on IC as well. However, the chefs might not have known that but it was interesting .
I'm betting it comes down to Symon v. Besh. I'm rooting for Symon.
This is me as well. Still haven't seen the most recent episode, though.
Rocco's still blogging: [link]
Okay, that blog was just slightly completely adorkable. Just the smallest little bit.
(Spidey is a native of Queens.)
Rocco is totally adorkable
Seriously adorkable.
Oh, and I tried one of those frozen dinners he's pushing and they are really, really good.
I actually laughed out loud looking at that. I wish he wasn't such an internet superstar, because how are we going to become BFFs now??
