I've been watching. I like Bob, but I never knew your ex. I'm behind an episode, I think. Will have to see if the hotel has On Demand.

Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
I would have to make a custom FB group to see who I might know who would overlap in those two groups, or I could just say it to him directly, but he might take it the wrong way??
I watched the first episode but that's it.
I watched 2 episodes of Face Off. World of Warcraft... the movie trailer that's going to be ...something.
Anyway the make ups weren't hideous but the Tauren wasn't a Tauren, the make up job was fine it just wasn't the character.
I was also watching some of House Hunters: Where Are They Now (aka - we can't come up with any more actual house hunting ideas so this is what you get). And almost everyone includes renovations (this isn't house hunters renovations where are they now just regular house hunters) but I guess someone who just moved in and changed the paint would have been boring. Of course I'm looking at some of the renovations and thinking "wow you took a house that was...plain boring and made it..trendy boring."
I am enjoying RPDR this season. Bob the Drag Queen is hilarious. I also really like Thorgy. Even the fishy queens seem to have some talent other than just being pretty which is nice. Acid Betty tries way too hard to be a real villain. She just comes off like an insecure mean girl. She's Gretchen Weiners but she thinks she's Regina George.
PERF.
I really feel like these first few eliminated queens would have been middle of the pack at worst last season.
I was sad to see Cynthia Lee Fontaine go. She's one of the better PR Queens they've had for sure. I agree that the cannon fodder queens this season are way better than some of the last couple of seasons' queens have been. Although, I'm ready to let go of both Derek Barry and Naomi Smalls. They bore me.
I don't know if anyone is watching Survivor, I have met and talked with Neal. It was after it had been filmed but before he was announced as a survivor. It was rough seeing him go from an infected boo-boo on his knee in the last episode.
So the Idol Finale is going to be 2 hours.
I guess they raced through the season so they are slowing that down. But man, I really wish I knew what Dalton would have sung.
Mostly I want LaPorsha's performances up so I can watch them again.
I did not see that American Idol result but it makes sense.
I thought the AI finale was great and I loved seeing all the old Idols and seeing Randy, Paula, Simon, and Ryan all together on the stage one last time. I felt kind of badly for La'Porsha and Trent because that final really wasn't about them. They got to sing once very early on and then at the end they were back in focus when Ryan announced the winner, but for the most part they were relegated to the background. My highlight moments were Kelly's greatest hits medley, the Fantasia/JHud/Latoya sing along, and Carrie and Keith rocking out. All supremely satisfying. But really, I enjoyed all the Idols past comeback moments. I even tolerated Lee Dewyze on that Bowie tribute which is the first time I've ever tolerated him in anything. I will miss this show, dammit. But it was time for it to go.
The teaser commercial for SYTYCD Junior (or whatever it's called) made me so sad. I don't know if I can, y'all. It was bad. Real, real bad. I very much do not want.
