That's not good. I guess the nerves just got to her.
Nerves and altitude (which she was obviously having problems with, which I can relate to, having once nearly blacked out during a poetry slam in Taos.)
Still, she didn't do a dishonorable job, it's just Hung and Dale did better.
I was rooting for Casey, and then Dale, but I can't really begrudge Hung is win.
And it was nice of him to get his monkey (Marcel) a seat at the live taping.
Oh yeah, that was my other question. WTF is with having the finales in places like Colorado and Hawaii where suddenly they're dealing with crazy altitude or humidity or whatever. For a challenge, sure, but for the finale I'd rather see them just let people cook.

ION, non-fiction tv news: I hope that there is a rebellion against Taylor soon. Yellow needs a new team leader. And can you believe it? Yet another useless manager on Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares.
Seriously. Ramsay needs to change it up a little.
KN: Not feeling bad I missed it last night then. It didn't look all that exciting from the preview, unlike the personality horror show that was the first week and the gross-out horror show that was last week's.
I'm starting to wonder if Ramsay has some unresolved manager issues from his salad days?
While I liked the first episode of KN, I discovered again last night, while trying to watch the second episode, that I just can't watch TV shows with so many people screaming at each other all the time. It actually gets me very agitated, and I can feel my rage response kick in to the simplest frustrations. I had to turn it off last night when some minor problems changing the cat box were causing me to get startlingly worked up.
The second I turned it off, I found it much easier to calm down.

That's exactly why Hubby turned the channel.
Survivor: I seriously find most of these folks close to unbearable, so not so much with liking this season. Still like James and didn't find any of what he was saying objectionable when Courtney and Todd were eavesdropping. It is just sad for him that he has no idea whatsoever how to work the social side of this game. Why would you be having that particular conversation at the top of your lungs, even if you thought no one else was around? Everyone else just worked my last nerve tonight. And I really, really do not want to see any more of Sherea in her bra and panties (even though I did enjoy the manhandling challenge - and was seriously surprised that Denise et. al. got their hats handed to them). Right now I can only stand James, Frosti and sometimes Aaron. The rest of 'em, hell to the naw.

I am so the opposite! I am loving that this episode already had some fairly good strategy for this point in the game. I guess I would be annoyed if annoying people weren't getting their comeuppance-- everyone irritating has been up for the boot or booted so far. I have no problem at all with James (agree that he didn't say anything objectionable, particularly considering the social aspect of this game is agreement, and I think his social skills have been overblown-- he was a bartender, and he's pretty snarky); Sherea (the MVP of BOTH challenges); Todd (probably thinks too much of his strategic skills, but it is entertaining); and Amanda/Aaron/Jaime are unobjectionable so far. Frosti/Erik/Denise will probably be interesting in the future. Peih-Gee is bearable. Jean-Robert is entertainingly dense, and the male model at least had the sense to dial it down while Sister Christian was in camp. Courtney is obviously not long for this world.
