While I liked the first episode of KN, I discovered again last night, while trying to watch the second episode, that I just can't watch TV shows with so many people screaming at each other all the time. It actually gets me very agitated, and I can feel my rage response kick in to the simplest frustrations. I had to turn it off last night when some minor problems changing the cat box were causing me to get startlingly worked up.

The second I turned it off, I found it much easier to calm down.

That's exactly why Hubby turned the channel.

Survivor: I seriously find most of these folks close to unbearable, so not so much with liking this season. Still like James and didn't find any of what he was saying objectionable when Courtney and Todd were eavesdropping. It is just sad for him that he has no idea whatsoever how to work the social side of this game. Why would you be having that particular conversation at the top of your lungs, even if you thought no one else was around? Everyone else just worked my last nerve tonight. And I really, really do not want to see any more of Sherea in her bra and panties (even though I did enjoy the manhandling challenge - and was seriously surprised that Denise et. al. got their hats handed to them). Right now I can only stand James, Frosti and sometimes Aaron. The rest of 'em, hell to the naw.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I am so the opposite! I am loving that this episode already had some fairly good strategy for this point in the game. I guess I would be annoyed if annoying people weren't getting their comeuppance-- everyone irritating has been up for the boot or booted so far. I have no problem at all with James (agree that he didn't say anything objectionable, particularly considering the social aspect of this game is agreement, and I think his social skills have been overblown-- he was a bartender, and he's pretty snarky); Sherea (the MVP of BOTH challenges); Todd (probably thinks too much of his strategic skills, but it is entertaining); and Amanda/Aaron/Jaime are unobjectionable so far. Frosti/Erik/Denise will probably be interesting in the future. Peih-Gee is bearable. Jean-Robert is entertainingly dense, and the male model at least had the sense to dial it down while Sister Christian was in camp. Courtney is obviously not long for this world.

I'm the anti-bon!

Todd- can't stand him. He's way too pleased with his attempted strategizing, and he's not even all that good as far as I've seen. Peih-Gee has dialed it down about a thousand notches since her week one performance, but that just brings her to mildly annoying. Sherea is already (sadly) filling the neck-popping black woman role, and next week appears to be a doozy. Fun. Courtney still bugs and someone needs to give that child a sammich. Jean-Robert is a douche of the highest rank. I find him so skeevy and annoying. The rest of them, I still barely even know who they are. And I guess I'll have to give Denise a pass until she actually speaks.

Wow! The women of Zhan Hu during the reward challenge were unstoppable. Pretty amazing, and glad to see them pull it out despite the team men.

We'll have to see how it goes, but I think I'd have a similar reaction to Dave. At least, I've been having them in my living room.

Actually the only black woman on Survivor I can think of who went off on people was Alicia. Ever since her season they've been trying to recreate the Cirie magic.
