I was watching Masterchef ... finally ended last night. I was quite happy with the winner.

I would have been happy with either winner, but I was surprised at the result based on the comments on each of the dishes.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I was surprised, too, about the Masterchef winner. Totally thought it was going the other way.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I was surprised, but happy.

PR, not unhappy about the loser this last week. He just never got better.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm planning on watching PR tomorrow, I'm sure I'll have an opinion then.

Another excellent challenge from Face Off. The group-but-not-team aspect was pretty interesting ad I really loved a lot of these looks, particularly the top two. I liked that finished Death much more than I thought I would while he was working on it. Would make a pretty good Red Skull, too.

ETA kinda surprised by who went home. I see the judges' point, though.

And next week looks promising.

Project Runway: Kelly really knocked it out of the park. Wow. Well deserved. Ashley's was also very good but Kelly was on a level of her own this week.

Bummed about Jake (is that his name?) and not only because of his dog. Only in the last week or two I got interested in seeing what he can do, and now I won't. Joseph, otoh, I don't think I've liked anything he's made, maybe his contribution to the paintball team challenge, although I don't remember what he made so I can't have liked it that much. He's just been a big pile of meh the whole season. Except when he was pissing me off.

Photo of Cat Deeley with a bit of a baby bump. And looking good!

PR from last week (the dumpster dive) - I think I forgot to say how happy Merline made me with her "I have immunity, when else can I make a Big Bird outfit" comment. Although her finished look was not that out there, i appreciated the sentiment.
