Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

"We have trust issues." Mylar

TAR: The continued competence of the Dentists is extremely frustrating and yet, I have to grudgingly give it up to them. My dad used to always say, "It ain't bragging if you can back it up", which he can get away with because he's from Texas, and I suppose that applies here. They are good. I'm glad that the Soul Surfer and her man also seem good, too, because I'd much rather see them win.

That sheep task would've driven me crazy. It was a toughie. And we got sheep and ponies. I love when TAR breaks out the animal tasks. Always searching for that "My ox is BROKEN!" magic.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

"My ox is BROKEN!"

That may be the single greatest moment on TAR.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Also, I want Amanda's dress so much it HURTS. I love it like cake.

Really? I don't see why it's good. It looks shapeless and more like inside lounge wear than street chic to me. I liked her redo of Fade's look, though. Loved Kini's redo, but not so much the denim. I actually really liked Char's street look. It'll be interesting to see what she can do with more time. Did not care for either of Emily's, although I'll try to remember to google for her in the future, see what she's doing. Sean's redo was a big improvement over the original, but I still didn't like it and the white look I liked the idea of but the finished outfit seemed, I don't know, disposable to me.

Me and the judges, so not on the same page. That said, I would have been pleased if they'd gone ahead and said there were only 3 finalists, for once.

Please just stop with the damn "why should you move forward" bit! I hate it so much.

I was extremely shocked they went for the peat challenge--don't volunteer to work with animals!! Eek. And feel the dentist-hate. Ick.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Dear Face-Off, your "natural disasters" are earthquake, wildfire, flood, avalanche, and... oil spill.

One of these things is not like the others.

Seriously!

I've really liked the less horror-y challenges on Face Off this year, but I'm a little afraid it's because the producers hoped it would promote women on the show. (It's been female winners in seasons 3 and 5, and this is 7, but most of the runners up have been men in all seasons.) But I still think Dina should win! And was glad that the boys did pretty makeups this week.

If they had just worded the explanation differently I would have been fine with that. But they did not.
