The only thing I found was that he was fine and in, I think, Norway? Dancing with a ballet troupe.
Great SYTYCD this week!
And Face Off is off to a good start, though I hope the vets vs newcomers angle doesn't stay quite so literal.
Project Runway - I didn't love any of this weeks' designs. I did think quilting the wallpaper was a really good idea. And the winning team - there were things I liked about each look, but each whole garment didn't quite work for me.
I honestly couldn't see a huge difference between the winning and losing teams. I have NO idea what the judges liked about the white dress with glitter racing stripes.
I was shocked -- when he kept saying, "There's a chance I've won this," I thought, yeah, right, buddy, not a chance. It wasn't awful, but the sparkle down the side looked like a length of garland, and the cups on the bodice were way too small.
I don't get all the love for Kate, either. She's not someone I would have brought back after the teams season.
I just started watching, and am just excited they went to Surprise! Surprise! and Garden of Eden! I know those stores!
I just really don't want to see another unconventional materials challenge this season. Or maybe ever.
It seems like every other one has been unconventional materials. It is enough.
I honestly couldn't see a huge difference between the winning and losing teams.
I thought it was just me.
The losing team did look less finished to me, although I didn't think Alexandra's was actually bad.
I really liked the team with the red theme.
I'm willing to believe that unconventional materials look very different up close vs on TV, but still...they ALL looked arts-and-crafts-y to me. I was really surprised to hear Heidi say the judges were blown away.
With the dried cranberries? I liked those details.
I liked the white set way better than the winners, and thought the actual winning dress was inches too short in the bodice. She couldn't stand up straight!
I was really surprised to hear Heidi say the judges were blown away.
I think it's just because everyone still remembers this and other unconventional fiascoes. But seriously, fabric from Mood from here on out, please??
