Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
My roommate texted me--apparently there's a second season of Breaking pointe coming in a couple weeks?? I'm crossing my fingers there's more dance drama and less personal drama.
Ooh, me too. I liked that show.
Who is Erin Andrews? She's like the U.S. Cat Deeley, huh? Tall, blonde, beautiful.
I'm sad about Jade. I hate when these kids get injured.
But do they KNOW that they have been fired from their outside jobs?
Nope!
Erin Andrews is a sports reporter?
I'm really waiting for Kat to tell me what to think about all of this, because I have not been nearly as impressed as the judges on some of these numbers.
Ah. She's also adorable.
I'm loving most of the routines! But I am really easily impressed by dancers, for the most part. It just makes me so happy to watch.
I missed the beginning of the show! Who is the blonde judge, Erin Andrews? Is she a dancer?
WTF happened to Jade?????
Also, Amy is me! I love everything, but some more than others.
Jade tore his miniscus in rehearsal last week, and needs surgery.
Erin Andrews is a reporter for ESPN, apparently.
Crap! poor Jade! and he had survived Bollywood last week!
I think Alexis should have gone home. She was my favorite from the auditions but she is just not getting anywhere near as good as most of the others.
Oh my word, it's Paula Abdul, y'all! Paula Abdul on my SYTYCD judges panel. I can die happy now.
Alright. That's all I got. I'll be back.
