Art Crawl!!!

I think I was over tired last week and missed the highly offensive thing that the show had to apologize for. . . ummm, what was it?

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Yeah, I missed it, too. I was very confused by the show's opening.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Oh, I thought that was from the 60 Minutes show. I missed the Offensive Thing as well.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Has to have been the song.

Because books.

It was the song the Vietnam chorus was singing, which was essentially, "Yay socialism," I guess. I didn't really get it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, it was the "Woo! Socialism!" song. Facebook had suggested I might be interested in some blog posts about it earlier in the week.

Good lord. I guess upon some reflection I can kinda sorta see that there might be people still sore about the Vietnam war who might take it as stomping on their faces, but I wouldn't have thought it in advance.

Because books.

Yeah, it seemed a little weird. It's not like we left there with a shining new democracy intact.

Oh, my roommate and I were confused also, but when she googled she said it was the U-Turn (?) being at a downed fighter plane?
