"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Crazy, but I have a newfound faith in America that Amber was not in the bottom three. Definitely the right girls went home.

I assume they saved Chehon because they saved Witney. I would have liked Daniel to stay because I liked the idea of saying I saw him dance pre-SYTYCD. He was in the corps of one of the top ballet companies in the country (two if he was in Miami with Alex Wong), so I think he'll do okay.

So now Brandon and Amber will partner. Intriguing.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

As soon as I saw both the ballet boys in the bottom three, I was bummed. Why did they send two couples home? That's not going to happen every week, is it? Although I am more okay with both the girls leaving, I would liked to have seen more of Daniel. And no solos at all, that's weird.

I had thoughts about the dancing but they are kind of overshadowed by the eliminations. Humph. I liked the Jive more and the Foxtrot less than the judges, is the gist.

Thanks for the PR heads up, Jesse, I had no idea.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I definitely liked the Jive more than the judges did.

Hey, meara, are you going to be in the SF area on a Wednesday any time soon? We are plotting a SYTYCD dinner.

I'm watching Road to the Runway, and I do not remember this Nick Verreos guy at all.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Uncle Nick! He was on the same season as Santino and Andre.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I used to follow his blog but it was a bit too self-promoting.

Ah, I think I only saw part of that season.

I cannot stand Buffi. I think her accent is fake (which is one of my BIG pet peeves). Her whole "persona" is put on.

She's like the $.50 Lady Gaga.

She's trying really hard to be outrageous, but some of her clothes are cute.

Because books.

Looks like this season is certainly not going to be boring.

I get why they Kooan was safe, given Lantie and Beatrice's work, but I can't imagine how far he's going to get. Who's his customer? That's a pretty small niche.

I would have sent Lantie home over Beatrice, just because that beige lace dress was completely hideous. But I wonder if Beatrice is relieved -- how did she not know she needed decent sewing skills for this show?
