Clearly, I need to catch up.
Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
I like the other one better. Auction Hunters?
I think the whole first season is on Netflix streaming. It's kind of fun to watch them in order and see how the relationships develop.
I pretty much just love Barry.
I am totally going to have to try the netflix thing
Also Auction hunters.
Oh man, Storage Wars is the worst. I mean, the worst in that I'll fall into a marathon and be unable to move for hours. I love Brandi.
And fans may want to keep an eye out for Market Warriors, coming this summer to PBS... Fred Willard is the narrator! [link]

Seriously. I kind of lost last night to it on Neetflix.
"This year we're doing an entirely new thing that we should have done years ago," Lythgoe said enthusiastically. "We're going to have a male winner and a female winner. With changing it around, to making it just one show, we sort of realized, 'Hey, why don't we do this?' We wanted to do it, now we have the opportunity to do so."
As Lythgoe told TVLine.com, “Girls dance totally differently than guys."
Changes coming to SYTYCD.
Hmm. I guess I'm ok with that. Maybe. I'd feel weird if I liked two guys best and a girl had to win, but given how many guys have won, maybe America is just biased, so...
Hasn't it been even in terms of winners? Working back, Melanie of the amazing poise, Lauren Fro. the cheerleader, Russell the krumper, Jeanine and her tango rose, my beloved Joshua, Sabra the disappeared, Benji, and that dude who eon the first season I never saw. So, 4 and 4, and 3 of the last 4 were women.
