I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

PR: Kenley's sure gotten better at taking criticism, or they are editing her very differently...

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ahaha! Found out last night a friend of mine went to high school with, and is Facebook friends with, a guy who was on Tool Academy. He is still a tool.

TAR: Ugh, why did Rachel and Brendon seem so competant?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

That's the scary thing. They're both dumb as rocks, but with a competitive streak that somehow cuts through the fog when something's on the line. They could actually go far.

Indeed! Though I was not upset at who went home. I roll my eyes at the new york boys, but figure they won't be long behind and am hoping they might be entertaining in the meantime. I like Army guy, but worry he and his wife might be annoying together (it's never a good plan when you announce "we're hoping this will bring us back together". Seriously? Get a therapist, not a stressful sleepless adventure!)

I did roll my eyes at the not-driving-stick. I mean, I just started watching last season and I know that you need to learn to drive stick before embarking on the show!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Argh! I forgot it was starting. Do I need to know anything about the first one?

Always know how to drive a stick! Also, seriously, listen to your mother.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Can I pick someone else's mother?

I do think the teams are sorting themselves more quickly than usual into competent v. not long for this race.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, I agree. And it seems overall the contestants are fitter in general this round? So maybe the whole competition is going to be more extreme, aka skydiving, for the 20th?

Ugh, why did Rachel and Brendon seem so competant?

And I think they have the reality show benefit. They're not freaked out by the cameras or by the sense of competition.

I was all OMGcryingclown! On the first leg? Ovary up, woman!

eta: I would already be out because they did two things I can't do already, bike and drive stick.
