Yeah, we're building a race of frog-people. It's a good time

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Indeed! Though I was not upset at who went home.

I do think the teams are sorting themselves more quickly than usual into competent v. not long for this race.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, I agree. And it seems overall the contestants are fitter in general this round? So maybe the whole competition is going to be more extreme, aka skydiving, for the 20th?

Ugh, why did Rachel and Brendon seem so competant?

And I think they have the reality show benefit. They're not freaked out by the cameras or by the sense of competition.

I was all OMGcryingclown! On the first leg? Ovary up, woman!

eta: I would already be out because they did two things I can't do already, bike and drive stick.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I did like the misdirect on the detour. I hope this is a trend.

Because books.

I couldn't believe the girls who went home. Phil's face was priceless. "Where are they going?"

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Can I pick someone else's mother?

Of course. Unless she's telling you to learn how to drive stick before going on The Amazing Race.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh I know! They had the "Phil pointing out the incoming racers to the locals shot" and then, off they went! It wasn't even a particularly hidden mat!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I am freaking out with love over tonight's The Voice, for whatever reason, FYI. I love them all! Even Carson Daly!

...and just randomly remembered that when I was in Rock Center with Nilly, someone tried to get us to come be in his studio audience.

Because books.

I will say that Christina's boobs are extremely distracting, though.
