I'm kind of meh on Kenley as a person, and the thing she did in the first episode was also a bit meh, but over the course of her first season I really liked her designs; whatever she herself does or says, I'm pretty excited to see what she makes this time around now that the unconventional materials challenge is out of the way.
Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
Kenly's voice bugged (and still bugs) me so much I can't see her clothes!
The only designer I don't really remember was Jerrell. What season was he?
So, I haven't been watching the Top Chef Last Chance Kitchen or whatever, but I am so glad to see Nyesha hanging in there!
me too. her ouster was unjustified.
Oh, yeah.
I am currently favoring a Nyesha vs. Beverly finale.
Did she beat Ty? I don't watch the Last Chance Kitchen, but I'm always happy to see her hanging in at the end of every TC episode.
Good god, Sweet Pea. You're making it really really hard to root for you this season. That fabric says summer sundress, not opera.
PR:My favorites were Gordana's and Mondo's, but most of these gowns were gorgeous. I think Anthony accessorized really smartly, whatever the judges say. Their bottom 3 were my bottom 3. Kendall's was also a little prom-ish.
Sweet P's dresses have not looked like what I remember from her season.
I loved Mondo's, but I also really loved Austin's. I'm glad he won. That was a dress I would wear in a heartbeat.
Sweet Pea did a lot of color in her season, and was always a little funkyish, but in these two episodes she seemed really off.
