Yeah, got rid of that obnoxious personal chef before he even cooked a bite. Ha!
I always feel a little twinge of pity, though, when they're doing the confessional interviews and they're SO cocky and sure of themselves, and two minutes later they're failing spectacularly.
I didn't watch Top Chef Desserts, but does Bravo put the Top Chef episodes online?

He was 22! Confidence is good, but arrogance is terrible. And it was no shame to not butcher the meat, especially when you'd nerver done it before! Kudos to Tom for getting rid of him. It really set the tone for the rest of the chefs.
I completely agree. And it is one thing to do something inexpertly, but he took a hack saw to it.
You could tell that Tom was offended at how much waste there was.
