I am so surprised by the teams that saw the sign (snowboarders and showgirls) vs the teams that missed it (almost everyone else). I probably would have missed the sign, even though it was big, sitting on the table next to the envelopes and bordered in red, because I would probably be fixated on giving the cash and getting to the pit stop. The snowboard dudes (don't "dude" me, dude) are pretty cool. The brother and sister team bickering is going to get old really fast.

Art Crawl!!!

Actually, I'm already done with them.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Mom & Dad also read the sign, which truly saved them.

Loved the Asian girl (Christine?) and her reaction to being asked to rappell into the cave. Not all that many people would be enthusiastic about it.

That was one hell of a long leg -- overnight to an all-day flight, then an overnight train ride. Then some high-intensity tasks, then The Fine Print just as the teams are at a fever pitch.

My hat is off to the producer in charge of Fiendish Tasks.

This!

Yeah I had forgotten that they had, also the Son/Dad team (I'm not a big fan of theirs for personal reasons - they sorta like the limelight at the peril of their kids)

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Um,

Afro Blue has the real stuff. Damn damn. I really liked both performances, but their first was just amazing.

Because books.

The Sinatra number -- with the hats! and the suits! and the cute boys! -- really made me swoony.

And the guy singing to Sara was awesome in a watch-from-the-hall way.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Amy, I was okay with the group until that point. It made me really uncomfortable.

Because books.

Since she seemed to be okay with it, I was, too. But it was still very, "Oh my GOD what he is doing?!"

"We have trust issues." Mylar

Haven't watched The Sing Off yet but soon. And with the promise of more good Afro Blue? Hells, yeah. I am living for them on this show.

TAR: Read the clue. Dumbass. ETA: In this scenario, big sign on the table where you are doing the task = probably connected to the task and therefore meant to be read, not that the gimme all your money directions where in the actual clue.

I like the snowboarders quite a bit. Mom and Dad seem nice enough but I think they'll be gone soon. The brother and sister Bickerson's have got to go right now. Everyone else is kind of a blur still. ETAlsoA: The long term gay couple are no Guidos. I'm just saying.
