I had a dream last night that I was in a reality competition show. It was something like Project Runway, but Amazing Race style. I wish I could remember the details cause it seemed kinda cool.
Non-Fiction TV: I Reject Your Reality and Substitute My Own
This thread is for non-fiction TV, including but not limited to reality television (So You Think You Can Dance, Top Chef: Masters, Project Runway), documentaries (The History Channel, The Discovery Channel), and sundry (Expedition Africa, Mythbusters), et al. [NAFDA]
There's a new show on HGTV called ... Donna Decorates Dallas.
Except Heidi won't be on it, or Michael or Nina. Some model is playing the part of Heidi, and Isaac Mizrahi and someone else are judging. Hmmm.
Intriguing. I liked Isaac Mizrahi on, uh, Iman's show that I can't remember the name of.
Top Designer? Or something?
I like Isaac any old time, because he's adorable. I'm just not sure I want to be in the Project Runway world without Heidi and Tim at least.
Also, no Santino? Hmph. But I guess with Austin on, that could be why On the Road With Austin and Santino hasn't come back, which is a shame, because that was 100% happiness every week.
Fashion Show? House of Something? I forget.
I hadn't really processed the no Tim part. I guess he can't be everywhere. Man, wouldn't the world be such a better place if he could?
Man, wouldn't the world be such a better place if he could?
Well, he would be my best friend, for one. When Cat wasn't around, you know.
He'd be all of our best friend. That's the beauty of the Tim is Everywhere Plan.
Well, all right.
Master Chef - they're down to the top five. Last night for the pressure/elimination, they had to scale, filet, cut into at least 10 portions, then cook - perfectly - one portion of a king salmon. One big fish per person.
One good thing - as they get closer to the end, the judges seem to be recognizing that those they're eliminating are good and offering consolations.
