Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Dear Nigel: Ricky's not the one not connecting with the audience.

And I would still like to see them eliminate not in pairs.

And on to Big Brother: Jordan might not be the brightest bulb, but she's managed to make a living off reality tv for two years now.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I think the judges should have acknowledged Ryan's errors in her dancing last night. Voters notoriously get ticked when judges overlook that shit and get picky over pointed toes for someone else.

I knew exactly who was going home when I saw the bottom 3 couples. Will they have the guts to finally get rid of Ryan if she shows up in the bottom three next week as well? Her solo was some of the weirdest shit ever. NO musicality at all. Ashley's wasn't good, but it wasn't fucking weird. And I don't mean Sonja weird either.

Results! No Carmen Electra? I like it already!

Bollywood opening number. Must be Nakul because apparently there are no other Bollywood choreographers in the world. Jess is in the front turning it out. Ryan’s inappropriate perma-grin works here in that cheesy Bollywood way. This looks really good. Someone’s not there? Chris? Is this the result of the way he slaughtered that boys group number? Because I would hate it if they scratched him just because he couldn’t pick up the choreo. That would be totally against the ethos of the show.

Cat has been looking amazing. Does she have a new man or something? New gays? (BTW, I wold love it if Cat became friends somehow with TLo from Project Rungay!)

Melanie/Marko vs. Does it even matter because these kids will not see B3 for a long, long while? (Caitlyn and Mitchell, though, for all you completists out there) I’ll be very disappointed in America if they put either of these two in B3. Both safe? I don’t see how it could be any different. Is Marko really that worried? He’s kinda ridiculous. And the other two, too. And the four of them are absolutely the cutest.

Ashley/Chris vs. Jordan/Tadd vs. Jess/Clarice. OK, no surprises here with the first couple. Ashley and Chris are clearly B3 and they know it and you know it and people on the moon know it. If there is justice, it will be Jordan and Tadd. We’ll see how far the Jess Rehabilitation Project has come. He’s definitely been putting in the effort to be 99% less annoying and drama kid histrionic. On the other hand, Jordan hasn’t tamped down her sex kitten/PCD wannabe vibe at all. I think people still hate her just as much as they did when the season began. So, I’m gonna go with Jordan and Tadd hit B3. Again. Free Tadd. Yep, I’m right. Well done, America. Also, WTF on another bra with shit hanging off the boob? Jordan, You are not helping your case at all, dear. At all.

Ryan/Ricky vs. Sasha/Alex. Seems like a lock that Sasha and Alex will hit B3. Now that Chris/Ashley are down there, I’m hoping Alex can make it another week because I do still like this flippy jeans boy. Boy, Sasha and Alex do not look like they enjoy each other at all. Wow. Well done, America. Suck on that, judges. America did not get it wrong, Peanut. Your biases are showing. Awww, Ryan is crying and I don’t even care. Go home, creepy grin.

Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet/Ends – Mohawk kid is gorgeous. Wow. And the girl all in black is just like what Sasha is going to be in about two years when she starts working professionally on a consistent basis. This troupe is no joke. I don’t even. That was gorgeous. I wanna see mohawk boy dancing evey night.

Pretty blonde writhing on the floor. Nigel's kryptonite.

Ashley Solo/Lovely – Just a light dancer. She’s not unpleasant, but her dancing is really immature.

Chris/Scars – Ok, he’s kind of ridiculous. Oh, the move with the foot where he extended it in like a heel stretch? And the flips? And the Chbeeb like popping with the wavy arms? He turned it out. So, so good in his own style. That was a save your ass DoD.

Jordan/Commander – She’s a better dancer than this. Why all the stripper moves? Why so much floor work? Why so many HMV leg extensions? She’s better than that. Sigh. She makes it so hard to be a fan of her dancing.

Tadd/1-2-3 – Oh my god, doing old school pop locking to Miami Sound Machine? And it’s so inventive and clever and the last 10 seconds were just crazy difficult and forget about it. Love this kid! Free Tadd, y’all. Seriously.

Will Chris' solo be enough to make the judges split up a partnership? I’m not sure. They damn sure won’t take Chris over Tadd (and they shouldn’t) but Nigel might try to blame Ricky for putting his pretty, pretty princess in danger week after week. So Ricky had better bring it tonight in his DoD because Chris laid it down.

If there were any justice, Ryan and Ricky would go home. They have not been great (her especially) any week since the show began, whereas both Chris and Ashley and Tadd and Jordan have had at least one standout routine. And tonight their solos were the weakest. Ricky’s was the weakest by a lot! No chance this group will let Ryan go, though. Ashley didn’t make an unequivocal case for herself and absent that, they won’t break up the partnership. Also, if you thought Ricky/Ryan was bad, Ryan/Chris would be a disaster and a guaranteed trip back to B3 next week for Nigel’s blond pet. Nope, bye bye Chris and Ashley. You should’ve stayed, though.

Not even one token dancer? Too good for it, Florence and the Machine? Then why is your ass on this show screaming about stars and moon. Ugh. I don’t even dislike you really, but you are dismissed.

Who cares about Kim Khardashian? What the hell is Nigel talking about? Aww, poor Chris is in tears. “Dance is a lot more than developes.” Amen, Nigel. Amen. Awww, poor pretty black girl. To go home before Ryan is just wrong. It’s wrong. But she really hasn’t been that great on the show. Why does Ricky get the “You’re not connecting” speech? Bitch, please. Ricky would be shining on this show if you hadn’t saddled him with Ryan. Chris going home is right. He’s out of his depth in this competition now. But he’s still a cutie. And he did awfully well for a b-boy with very little training.

They’re just gonna keep saving Ryan until they can’t save her anymore, I guess. Damn, Top 10 can’t come soon enough. Poor Chris and Ashley’s sad little faces. Damn.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Has anyone ever gone to an Anthony Bourdain appearance? He's coming to the Paramount in Oakland in October, and I am trying to decide if it's worth going to or not.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, I saw Bourdain and Ripert together, and it was FAB. Expensive, but great. Not sure how much I'd pay for just one of them, though. But I heart Eric.
